Evaluate Team first
Team is designed for organizations that manage member licenses and share resources. Each person has a named seat supporting 2 devices. Administrators can invite members, assign, reclaim and transfer seats.
A configured LAN host can share engine services. Host hardware, networking and model configuration affect performance. See pricing for standard plans and current availability.
Describe your workflow
A useful evaluation starts with four questions:
- Who will use it? Include expected headcount, devices and membership changes.
- What will they do? For example, customer calls, training, technical discussions or document translation.
- Where can data be processed? Identify stages that must run locally and those permitted to use external APIs.
- What does procurement require? Include payment region, documentation and your internal review process.
Sharing resources over a LAN does not keep every processing stage inside that LAN. Cloud recognition, translation, embedding and speech synthesis send the relevant content to the selected provider.
Confirm procurement arrangements
Business requests are evaluated individually. There is no published starting price. The sales entity, currency, tax documentation, payment method and support scope must be confirmed in writing before purchase.
This page describes existing Team capabilities and a consultation route. Additional requirements need a separate feasibility assessment and are not existing features or delivery commitments.
