What we won't build
To stay focused, we've decided not to:
- ❌ General chat AI assistant — out of scope
- ❌ Multi-party meeting summarization — Otter / Granola already do it well
- ❌ Full sim-interpret competition — way beyond translation quality (voice cloning, cultural context, real-time adaptation)
- ❌ Browser extension — browser audio APIs are too limited for the experience to be acceptable
