Three steps to your first session.

Use familiar, non-sensitive content to check the setup before an important meeting.

  1. Install and open

    Follow the installer and app environment checks. Review any system security warning before proceeding.

  2. Choose your engines

    Set recognition and translation, then add speech output if needed. Check hardware and provider requirements.

  3. Check a short conversation

    Select system audio or a microphone. Compare original text and translation before adding more workflows.

System and engine requirements

  • System: Windows 10 or 11, x64.
  • Memory: Start with at least 8 GB as a practical baseline, allowing more for local models and concurrent work.
  • Storage: The installer, runtimes and models need separate space. Check download and in-app details.
  • Hardware: Some local engines require compatible NVIDIA GPUs; some processing supports CPUs. Supported API engines are another option.
  • Network: Initial activation, component and model downloads, and online services require connectivity.

Other platforms

There is currently no downloadable CrossMeet desktop version for macOS, Linux or mobile, and no committed release date.

Subtitle Bridge is a separate browser extension, not the Windows installer. See pricing for official cloud points and scope.

Versions and updates

The download card above shows the Windows file currently available. Read release notes in the changelog.

Pro perpetual includes 12 months of feature updates, followed by continued use of the last entitled version. Models, provider APIs and additional usage charges are separate from the software license. See pricing.
